Our homes are open to adults in recovery who are committed to maintaining sobriety and participating in a structured living environment. Residents must either qualify for Minnesota Housing Support (formerly Group Residential Housing/GRH) or be able to private pay.

3. What is Housing Support (GRH) and how do I apply?

Housing Support is a state-funded program that helps eligible Minnesotans pay for room, board, and supportive services. We can assist you in determining eligibility and navigating the application process with your county financial worker.

4. Do you accept private pay residents?

Yes. Rand Recovery Homes offers private pay options for individuals who do not qualify for public assistance or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Contact us for current rates and availability.

9. What is the structure of the program?

Residents agree to follow house rules that promote sobriety, personal growth, and community responsibility. Participation in house meetings, wellness activities, and recovery planning is expected.

10. How do I make a referral to Rand Recovery Homes?

To refer an individual to Rand Recovery Homes, please complete the Referral Form located on our website. Be sure to also submit a signed Background Consent Form with the referral.
